We are considering a version of Fitread for agencies: candidates' CVs read against your own adverts, with the same computed match rate and skills table. It does not exist yet. If you would use it, tell us, and we will count your interest.

What it would be built on

  • The same match rate

    The match rate candidates already see: computed by our code from the advert's skills and title, never by AI.

  • The same skills table

    The same skills table, so you and the candidate read the same facts.

  • Only with consent

    A candidate's CV read only with their consent, and never kept without it.
